Business law services
We offer flexible fee structures for business-related services because we understand these costs may be difficult to manage:

-
Fixed price: Some services, like LLC formations, are usually uncomplicated and offered for a fixed price (plus fees including state filing fees, mailing costs, etc).
-
Hourly rate: Drafting or reviewing agreements (such as employment, non-disclosures, termination, severance, etc.), employee handbooks, and related documents are provided at an hourly rate, unless otherwise prearranged in writing.
-
Hybrid fee (hourly and contingency): Litigation matters and/or court appearances are typically billed using a combination of hourly rates and contingency fees (percentage of amount recovered). This approach gives our clients a clear expectation of what we will be doing and how those services will be billed.
